The Doty Room
The Ronald McDonald House Charities facility includes a meeting room open to the public, the Doty Community Room.
The community room is available to groups weekly from 8:00am – 8:00pm at no charge. We do this as a token of our appreciation and to support the community that so generously supports us.
This room is named in honor of Connie Doty, a former VP of Operations at Dayton Children’s Hospital who unfortunately lost her battle with cancer in 2005.
She was a key member of the medical community, a large part of our new house construction and planning, as well as a valued member of RMHC’s Board of Trustees.
The Doty Room seats 25 comfortably, but can hold a much larger crowd depending on the room configuration. A projector, coffee pot, telephone, and wireless internet connection are also available.
